The Google Search page shows what people actually type into Google to find your store — and it's almost never what you'd guess. It's the one page in your dashboard built entirely on Google's own measured data about your store, not on estimates.
First, connect Search Console
The page needs Google Search Console connected, and that's a separate step from connecting your store. It's free, read-only, and takes about 30 seconds. Here's how to connect Google Search Console.
If your Google account has more than one Search Console property, I'll ask you to pick the one for this store.
What you'll see
- The searches that bring people to you, the real words people typed.
- Where you rank for them, and how that's moving.
- Impressions and clicks: how often you showed up, and how often someone chose you.
I also keep an eye on your rankings for you. When a page reaches page one, I'll tell you. When an article starts to slip, I may suggest refreshing it, and that suggestion shows up in Ollie's Queue for you to preview.
Why it's worth connecting
It isn't just a report. The searches people already use to find you are one of the best clues about what to write next, so connecting Search Console helps me choose your next pages with real evidence instead of educated guesses.
