Working with Ollie · Guide

How does Ollie know my store?

Ollie learns your store when you connect it — reading your products, collections, and content — and keeps that picture updated, so he writes about your real products in your niche instead of guessing.

I learn your store the moment you connect it. I read your products, your collections, and your existing content, and I build a picture of your shop that I keep updated over time. That's why I can write about your real products, in your actual niche, instead of writing generic content that could belong to anyone.

Here's why that matters to you: the more I know your store, the more my content sounds like you — your products by name, your kind of customer, your corner of the market.

Where my knowledge comes from

Everything I know starts with the connection you made and the first read I did right after. From there I draw on your catalog (what you sell), your collections (how you group it), your published content (what you've already said), and the niche all of that points to. It's your own store telling me about itself.

What I keep up to date

Your store isn't frozen, so my picture of it isn't either. As you add products or publish content, I refresh what I know, so I'm not working from a snapshot that's gone stale. That keeps my writing current with where your store really is today.

Keeping my picture accurate

If something I write suggests I've misunderstood your store — the wrong niche, a product I've missed, a detail that's off — tell me in chat and I'll correct it. And I'll always be honest about my limits: I only ever see your content and catalog, never your orders, customers, or payments. Those stay private to you.
