How do I review and approve what Ollie drafts? Ollie's Queue is where you see the drafts I propose and decide on each one — approve to publish, edit and approve, or reject to send me back. Nothing goes live on your store without your say-so. How does Ollie know my store? Ollie learns your store when you connect it — reading your products, collections, and content — and keeps that picture updated, so he writes about your real products in your niche instead of guessing. How many messages can I send Ollie? How many messages you can send Ollie each month depends on your plan — higher plans get more, and the top plan is unlimited. Your count resets every month. How much does Ollie do on its own? In Settings, you can set how much Ollie does on its own per content type, and change it any time. Ollie starts by asking first everywhere and earns more independence in the places it proves itself. What can I ask Ollie? You can ask Ollie to write and rewrite content, suggest ideas, explain your strategy, and answer questions about your store — all in plain words, because he knows your niche and your products.
