What is FAQ Mastery?

FAQ Mastery finds the subjects your store should own deep enough to be the cited source when AI search answers buyer questions, then builds each one into an FAQ cluster that proves real expertise.

FAQ Mastery finds the subjects your store should own deep enough to be the cited source when AI search engines answer buyer questions, then builds each one into a real cluster of FAQs that proves you truly know the subject, not only that you sell something related to it.

Here's the thinking behind it: a store that mentions a topic once is easy to skip over. A store that's clearly gone deep on it, covering the angles a real question would raise and answering them well, is the kind of source AI search tends to reach for. FAQ Mastery is how you build that depth on purpose, subject by subject, instead of hoping it happens by accident.

Finding your subjects

Click Identify subjects and I'll read your catalog, your niche, and your Google Search Console signals, then propose 5 to 15 subjects worth owning. Each one comes with an archetype label (biological, product category, service methodology, regulatory, geographic, demographic, event, or condition, whichever fits) and a confidence level, so you can see at a glance how sure I am that this is a subject worth your time. You're not stuck with only what I propose either: if you already know a subject you want to own, use Add a subject and type it in yourself.

Approving what you want to own

Every proposed subject is yours to approve or reject. Approve the ones that fit where you want your store to be known, and reject the ones that don't.

If you reject one, it comes off your active list right away and nothing gets built for it. It's not gone forever, though: rejecting doesn't block it permanently, so if you change your mind later you can add it again yourself with Add a subject, and running Identify subjects again in the future may propose it once more too.

What an approved subject becomes

Once you approve a subject, it becomes a cluster of 15 to 30 FAQs built to prove real expert depth, not only surface-level coverage. Depending on the subject, that means working through the angles a genuinely curious buyer would ask about: origin, how it works, behavior over time, how it compares to alternatives, and what to do about it, the whole shape of the topic, not only the easy half of it. That's what separates a subject you're "mentioning" from one you genuinely own.

This doesn't all appear the moment you approve it. I write these FAQs gradually, a couple at a time, so a full cluster fills in over the stretch that follows rather than landing all at once. Check back on it and you'll see it growing.

Checking on a cluster

Once a subject's approved, open it any time to see how the cluster is filling in. Anything still waiting on your decision stays visible too, so you always know what's approved, what's still proposed, and what you've passed on.

Where to find it

FAQ Mastery lives in the Content area of your dashboard. It's worth a visit whenever you're thinking about what your store should be known for next, since every approved subject is a deliberate bet on where you want to be the source AI search reaches for.
