How do I invite my team? You can bring teammates into your RunOctopus workspace from the Team tab in Settings — send an invite by email, pick their role, and they join once they accept. Everyone then shares the same store, content, and access to me. How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel? You can change your plan any time from your billing page — upgrade for more, downgrade to less, or cancel outright. No contracts, no waiting, and changes take effect right away. Is there a free trial? There's no classic free trial — you're paid from day one once you subscribe. What softens that is a free architecture preview (no card needed) that shows you what I'd build before you pay a cent, and the 90-Day Ollie Promise, a full refund of every dollar you've paid if the first 90 days don't feel like one of the best investments you've made in your store. What data do you store, and how do I export or delete it?
