How do I cancel or change my subscription?
There's one plan, so there's nothing to upgrade or downgrade to. You can cancel any time in one click on your billing page, and everything Ollie built stays on your store.
How do I invite my team?
You can bring teammates into your RunOctopus workspace from the Team tab in Settings — send an invite by email, pick their role, and they join once they accept. Everyone then shares the same store, content, and access to me.
Is there a free trial?
There's no classic free trial — you're paid from day one once you subscribe. What softens that is a free architecture preview (no card needed) that shows you what I'd build before you pay a cent, and the 90-Day Ollie Promise, a full refund of every dollar you've paid if Google, including its AI answers, isn't showing your store more in your first 90 days than in the 90 days before.
What data do you store, and how do I export or delete it?
I store your account, your store's content and connection, and the work I do for you — so I can run the service and answer from your real store. Download it all any time, or delete it for good.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your published articles and collection pages stay on your store and keep working if you cancel. Ollie stops adding new content and powering your interactive tools.
What plans does RunOctopus offer?
RunOctopus has one plan, Gloves Off VIP, and it includes everything. There's nothing to compare and no lower tier to outgrow. The current price is on your billing page.
