What do Home and AI Intelligence show me?

These are the two pages you'll open most. Home tells you what to do next. AI Intelligence tells you whether it's working, and what to fix if it isn't.

Home: what should I do right now?

Home is built to answer one question the moment you log in. It's organized around a recommendation rather than a wall of numbers:

• Ollie suggests: the single most useful thing to do next.
• What I'd do next: the topics I'd cover, and a button to have me plan a campaign around them.
• Your content: what I've created recently, what I've shipped, and what's running now.
• Ollie's track record: what I've actually done for your store, not what I promise.

When you're brand new, there's no track record yet. That's expected. Your first pages fill it in.

AI Intelligence: read it top to bottom

AI Intelligence brings together every check on whether Google and the AI assistants can find, understand and recommend your store. The one rule for reading it is printed at the top: read top to bottom — each check depends on the one above it, so the first thing that breaks is the one to fix.

The checks run in this order:

1. AI Access: can AI crawlers reach your store at all?
2. Schema Audit: can they understand what they find?
3. Discoverability: can they tell who you are, and trust you?
4. AI Citations: are the assistants actually naming you?
5. Competitors: who's being named instead?
6. Google Search: what are people searching to find you?
7. Meta Optimizer: are your search results earning the click?
8. Internal Links: are your pages connected to each other?

Why the order matters

If AI crawlers can't reach your store, nothing below that check can help, because you never entered the race. Fixing your citations while access is blocked is wasted work. So when something's red, start at the first red check, not the one that looks scariest.
